1. The American people inaugurate a half-Arab president with a total of 142 days experience as a US Senator from the most politically corrupt state (& city) in America whose governors have been ousted from office.
The President's first official act is to order the close of Gitmo and make sure
terrorists civil rights are not violated. (honest mistake?)
2. The U.S. Congress rushes to confirm a black Attorney General, Eric Holder, whose law firm we later find out represents seventeen Gitmo Terrorists. (An honest mistake?!)
3. The CIA Boss appointee, Leon Panetta, has absolutely no experience, has a daughter Linda, we find out, who is a true radical anti-American activist and a supporter of all the Anti-American regimes in the western hemisphere. (There were socio-economic factors involved!)
4. We got the second most corrupt American woman (Pelosi is #1) as Secretary of State; bought and paid for. (You can put lipstick on a pig, but it still stinks!)
5. We got a Tax Cheat for Treasury Secretary who did not properly file his own taxes for 12 years. (He misspoke!)
6. A Commerce Secretary nominee who withdrew due to corruption charges.
(Another honest mistake???)
7. A Tax cheat nominee for Chief Performance Officer who withdrew under charges.
(Hmmm... another screw-up?)
8. A Labor Secretary nominee who withdrew under charges of unethical conduct.
(Ok, maybe this person was just plain stupid.)
9. A Secretary HHS nominee (Daschle) who withdrew under charges of cheating on his taxes.
(I'm running out of excuses for these idiots!!)
10. Multiple appointments of former lobbyists after an absolute campaign statement that no lobbyists would be appointed. (Dear God, I am getting a headache!)
All this occurred just during the first three weeks. . . but who's counting?
America is being run by the modern-day Three Stooges ; Barry, Nancy and Harry and they are still trying to define stimulus..."it's spending!!!"
The congress passes the $800,000,000,000 (that's $800 billion) pork-loaded spending bill where the government gives you a smidgen of your tax dollars ($13 per week), making you feel so good about yourself [stimulated], that you want to run out to Wal-Mart and buy a new Chinese-made HDTV and go home and watch Telemundo!
Here's the good news though - Obama took Air Force One to Denver to sign the stimulus package, wasting as much as 10,000 gallons of fuel OR 24 JOBS FOR ONE YEAR.

Obama went to the International Olympic Committee to have
them choose Chicago for a host city, he failed.
Obama went to Copenhagen to lecture them on global warming, he failed.
Obama went to new Jersey to promote the Democratic candidate for governor, he failed,

Obama Surrounds Himself With The Most Extreme Appointees In American History
Steve Baldwin says much has been written about Obama’s controversial appointments, not only to the federal bench, but to key cabinet positions, as well as to the unaccountable (and probably unconstitutional) "Czar" positions. Much of the criticism has dwelled on the Obama administration’s lack of vetting when filling these rolls -- but that’s not the issue.
To the contrary, the Obama team did investigate thoroughly and they choose precisely. When an administration repeatedly nominates hard-left individuals, it’s not a vetting error -- it’s a pattern. We should not allow the media to portray these appointments as a series of errors; but rather, we need to realize that Team Obama is simply nominating those who share their goal of radically changing America.
Most Americans have a hard time understanding this because they refuse to believe Obama is this extreme. But he is. For a year prior to his election conservatives warned voters that everything we knew about Obama indicated that his views were far from the mainstream. This was obvious when one analyzed his friends, which groups he funded while a "community activist," his Illinois State Senate record, his United States Senate record and even what he wrote in his own books.
The reality, of course, is that Obama’s views are far from the mainstream and it is embarrassing so many Americans fell for his leftist candy-coated lies. Indeed, it appears that Obama is the most far left president in American history. His appointees only confirm this. These appointees hail from the crowd who regard their pedigree as the 60’s activists who cheered on the Vietcong, while American boys were slaughtered in the jungles of Vietnam. They hate America, or more precisely, they hate America’s heritage; American institutions, and the American Constitution.
Many of these extremists nominated by Obama hail from academia, where they were shielded from outside scrutiny while they quietly indoctrinated our youth. But don’t let the cloak of academia fool you; they are out to change America in ways most Americans oppose. More importantly, Americans need to realize their views are Obama’s views.
The American media is partly responsible for bringing such extremists to power. There is little doubt the media engaged in a massive propaganda effort to convince Americans that Obama was some kind of hip moderate; a breath of fresh air, a reformer, and someone who would fight the corrupt ways of Washington. Until Americans wake up and stop relying on the mainstream media for their source of news, they will continue to pay a heavy price for their ignorance. Unfortunately, this report covers just a few of Obama’s policy-makers, but there are many more such extremists within his administration.

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - State lawmakers have passed a compromise bill that's aimed at illegal immigration.
The bill (LB403) from Sen. Russ Karpisek of Wilber got 44 votes Friday and now goes to Gov. Dave Heineman, who asked Karpisek to introduce it. No senator voted against it, although five didn't vote.
The bill would require state and local agencies verify the legal status of anyone trying to collect public benefits, including food stamps, unemployment and welfare. It would not overturn a law that lets some children of illegal immigrants pay in-state tuition rates at a state college or university.
The bill also would require public employers and contractors to check their employees' legal status once hired, using the federal Internet-based system E-Verify.

Politicians are the only people who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits,
WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash.
The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall.
No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget.
He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.
Who is the speaker of the House?
Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party.
She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility.
I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people.
When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..
If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.
Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power.
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.
We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Amnesty supporters will attempt to hijack an extension of the E-verify program(designed to verify the legality of
immigrant workers in companies). In spite of the public's opposition, open-border advocates still seek to pass the AgJobs amnesty bill or large portions of it. Business groups want to expand the number of visas for "temporary" workers.
Do not let them get away with it.

H.R. 15 creates a nationalized system of free health care.
H.R. 414, the Camera Phone Predator Alert Act, requires cameras in cell phones to make an audible sound to alert others (such as in locker rooms) when a picture is taken.

H.R. 390 addresses "college football playoff games" while H.R. 187 says let Cubans play American baseball.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A new report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds that over the past three years dozens of well-known American corporations, representing virtually every sector of the economy, have committed extensive resources lobbying for increased immigration, more foreign guest-workers, and amnesty for illegal aliens.
Many of these same corporations that have pressured Congress to provide them a cheap labor supply have recently been pink-slipping their existing workers and seeking federal taxpayer bailouts. The report, Immigration Lobbying: A Window into the World of Special Interests, is the first and only study of lobbying on immigration policy and reveals a scope of influence previously unknown.
FAIR's Immigration Lobbying report uncovers how in the past three years, 521 corporations, trade associations, business groups, labor organizations, government entities, educational institutions, and non-profit groups attempted to influence key congressional immigration-related legislation. Only about 2 percent of these organizations supported reductions in immigration and enhanced enforcement of U.S. immigration laws. The rest -- 98 percent -- fought for increased immigration, amnesty and more foreign guest workers.
In addition, FAIR's report shows that over 58 percent of the lobbying on immigration between 2006 and 2008 was carried out by American corporations and business and trade associations ranging from high tech to agriculture.
Their primary goals included:
-- Amnesty for the estimated 13 million illegal aliens residing in
the U.S.
-- Dramatic increases in both low-skill and high-skill foreign
guest workers.
-- Increased admission of foreign students to U.S. universities,
and subsequent entry to the U.S. labor market.
"This new report demonstrates conclusively that the hallmark of corporate concern about immigration policy has been to increase their own access to cheap foreign labor," stated Dan Stein, president of FAIR. "Equally evident from this lobbying investigation is that the public interest has been almost entirely absent from efforts to influence the direction of U.S. immigration policy.

Is a Bad Idea

Liberals in Congress and the incoming Obama administration want to spend a trillion dollars; or potentially more; of taxpayer money as part of an economic recovery plan. This is over 50 percent more than our annual defense budget, and over five times California's annual budget! And that would be on top of all the other big-government spending.
But government spending plans do not stimulate the economy. They are based on the idea that feeding new money into the economy will create economic growth. But the money isn't new it's either taxed or borrowed. It's essentially redistributed from one group of people to another, and no new money is created.
1) The private sector,not public spending,drives growth. Economic growth comes by individuals and entrepreneurs operating in free markets, not by Washington spending and regulations. Massive spending hikes in the 1930s, 1960s, and 1970s all failed to increase economic growth rates.
2) Giving money to states does not increase growth. Increasing federal borrowing to keep state taxes from rising is like running up a Visa card balance to keep the Mastercard balance from rising. State taxpayers are also federal taxpayers, so those being bailed out will still have to bear the costs in the end.
3) Highway spending does not create jobs. It merely transfers jobs and income from one part of the economy to another. As Heritage Foundation expert Ronald Utt has explained, "The only way that $1 billion of new highway spending can create 47,576 new jobs is if the $1 billion appears out of nowhere as if it were manna from heaven."
A better way to stimulate the economy is to make the tax cuts permanent (unlike Obama's tax plan), to lower corporate tax rates, and to expand domestic energy supplies. Tax cuts give incentives to work, save, and invest, thus creating jobs and increasing economic growth. Expanding drilling for oil, shale, and natural gas will cause energy prices to fall and create private sector jobs without government subsidies.

What to Expect From an Obama Administration

Now that the election is over, it is time to evaluate what the American public can expect from the 111th Congress and the incoming presidency.
There are several major issues, some mentioned before in this column, which the liberal leadership may seek to enact into law and which moderate Democrats and Republicans as well as conservatives must resist for the greater good of the country.
FAIRNESS DOCTRINE
An elementary issue is the Fairness Doctrine. The Fairness Doctrine would require equal air time for differing political opinions.
Because talk radio is dominated by conservative commentators, who, in a free market place, have proven to be the only viable broadcasters from an economic standpoint, the Fairness Doctrine essentially would end conservative talk radio.
Liberals have been unable to make headway on the radio, so the only way they will have access to the commercial radio airwaves will be to re-impose the Fairness Doctrine.
Employee Free Choice Act
Businesses and workers should be frightened by the prospect of enactment of the Employee Free Choice Act, sometimes called Card Check, which would end the secret ballot in union votes, something Americans hold dear and something that is necessary for a healthy democracy.
This would greatly strengthen labor unions, a core constituency of leftist politicians, and would hurt the freedom of employees who oppose unions and may be subject to intimidation.
Healthcare
Expect an aggressive push to nationalize healthcare and erode private healthcare coverage. In spite of a poor economy, here and abroad, and the expense of a national healthcare program, Congress probably will try to make significant inroads in this area. And remember that once a massive federal bureaucracy is created it is notoriously difficult to eliminate, as is obvious from the failed efforts to eliminate the unnecessary Department of Education.
In order to pay for this new spending the next administration is likely to seek to raise taxes significantly.
This may include massive increases in the death tax, the capital gains tax, income taxes and corporate taxes, among others. Such increases would cripple our economy, diminish growth, make goods and services much more expensive, and reduce Americans to a lower standard of living.
Oil Drilling
Economically, we also will suffer if the majority tries to re-impose bans on drilling for oil and natural gas off the coasts.
We are sitting on a wealth of energy resources which could help make us more energy-independent and allow us to stop sending American dollars to tyrants who hate us and oppress their own people.
If Congress and the new president were to re-impose this ban, it would set us back decades in the realm of energy. The election also decreases our prospects for building nuclear power plants.
Global Issues
In the area of foreign relations, it is difficult to predict how the new Congress and president will handle the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, though the consequences of an unsuccessful retreat would be staggering for our national security interests at home and abroad.
Authoritarians in Russia, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, and other countries hate us. Any sign of weakness would give them the upper hand in foreign relations and allow them to dictate the dialogue. It may be more important than ever for us to cooperate with governments that are pro-American or reasonably so.
Borders
We also should be vigilant about our border security and illegal immigration, particularly as violence in Mexico and along our Southern Border increases as drug cartels battle for control. And, as mentioned before, we must re-evaluate the efficiency and practicality of our foreign aid.
Congress may try to increase this to unprecedented levels while substantially cutting the funding for our military. We can afford neither, for a variety of economic and non-economic reasons.
The independence and constitutional role of the federal judiciary could be in jeopardy, perhaps the greatest long-term risk of all.
Imagine an extensive number of Supreme Court justices and other federal judges who exercise a fluid, amorphous view of the Constitution, treating it as a flexible paper upon which new interpretations can be imposed and in which new rights can be found.

Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to.
This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:
First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known.
Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.
Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the 60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream.
Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks with affirmative action, contract set asides and quotas to advance black applicants over white applicants.
Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.
We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?
Barack talks about new ladders of opportunity for blacks.
Let him go to Altoona and Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for deserving white kids.
Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?
Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?
As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?
Is Barack aware that black on white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black on white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?
We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.
Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.

My Predictions for the New Obama "Presidency."
Now that America has shown us all that affirmative action even works in politics, I've compiled a list of things that you can probably expect to happen. These predictions are 80% gleaned from information all of us have access to, and 15% gut instinct based on many years of research, historical study, and being glued to current affairs. The other 5% is just anger at my countrymen's stupidity--I admit it.
- Websites and mass emails offering "free grants," courtesy of the government and "Obama's wealth redistribution." Actually, this one's a freebie, because I have an email with a date and timestamp of literally minutes after Obama was declared the winner, offering exactly that.
- Israel will understand this election was the end of any type of assistance, military or otherwise, from the U.S., and will stop holding back their defense at the request of the American administration. Look for a first strike on Iran soon, as well as increased activity by the Israeli military in general. Israel is on her own now, and God help us all because of it.
- Look for Iranian retaliation--against American targets. That goes doubly for other terrorist organizations. We just elected a man with the full endorsement of every major terrorist group in the world as leader of the free world. It's the political equivalent of hiring a child molester to babysit your! kids w hile you leave for the weekend. Not only is HE going to have fun with your child, but he'll probably sit and watch while his friends come over and do it too.
- Look for far-left justices appointed to the Supreme Court, effectively tying up the entire government in a trifecta of liberal humanism, the buzzwords of which remain empty platitudes like "hope and change," and the ultimate goal of which is socialism--and soon, sharia law.
- Military cases of troops being tried and convicted for killing the enemy in combat will continue to rise--and the conviction/plea-bargain rate will stay at nearly 100%, as the government seeks to use the best men and women this country has to offer as sacrificial lambs on the altar of global appeasement. Those brave and honorable men who currently reside in prison cells across the country, stripped of their rank, their careers, families, and their good name, will not taste free air again for many years. Their sacrifices and their stories will be forgotten by the general public, remembered only by those of us who continue to fight for them.
- Look for the slow but steady erosion of rights you have enjoyed for your entire lives--all the while being told it's "for your own good."
Restrictions on gun ownership, home schooling, encouraged dependence on the ever-growing federal government. More nanny-state provisions will be put into place to protect the "disadvantaged" and the "poor," (read: lazy, uneducated, unwilling to better themselves) even while groups like the unborn, the mentally handicapped, elderly, and terminally ill are slowly pushed toward euthanasia.
Of course, this will be done with feel-good phrases like "death with dignity," "not wanting to be a burden," and "merciful release from suffering," all of which ignore the basic fact that we are killing people without their consent for the "good of the people." Before you tell me I'm crazy, let's just remember that Barack Obama was the ONLY senator in the Illinois state senate to vote against providing medical care for babies who were inconsiderate enough to survive an abortion.
Also, look for taxes to go up. Yes, they'll go up.
- You think the economy is bad now? Just wait. You'll have the most expensive "free" health care ever. Bread lines aren't just for Russians anymore.
We have traded experience for color, freedom for slavery--and the irony is that the average American sheeple thinks their vote somehow righted an ancient wrong, somehow ENDED the spectre of slavery and ushered in some beautiful era of liberty. In reality, we are about to be less free than you ever thought possible.
I watched the faces of those crowded into the mob (excuse the pun) in Chicago. They stared at Obama like he was a god, an idol, a panacea to their every want and need. We have truly failed as a nation if we are at the point where we feel we must look to one man to take care of us all, to be our father figure and our sugar daddy. We have lost not only the "can-do" attitude of past generations, but the "MUST-do" attitude of our forefathers. We have allowed ourselves to become reduced from Patrick Henry's proud cry of "liberty or death" to the sniveling, whining idea that we are owed something. We have gone from being the honorable defenders of freedom, to being told we are the problem.
The eyes of Obama and McCain were also telling. McCain acted with class and grace in his concession speech , offering the most honorable response I've seen yet. I don't agree with all of McCain's positions, but it cannot be denied that the man has served his nation--at permanent and severe detriment to himself--for half a century. His eyes were clear and sincere, honest. His speech underlined the very reasons why, of the two men offered, he was hands down the best choice.
On the other hand, Obama's eyes were cold, calculating. His manner was smug and still carried the arrogance he has always had. His facial expression was one of barely disguised disdain for everything people like me believe in. His body language was smooth, polished--too much so. He talked of patriotism as though it is a value he is familiar with--and yet, his horrifying attitude toward the country he now leads is as well-documented as his friendships with those who seek its demise. He is charismatic to those who don't know what to look for, and he is inspiring to those who cannot or will not think for themselves. However, too many who voted for him are guilty of the most dangerous kind of hypocrisy. You see, we are told daily that we must not see color, just mankind. (We are all family, you know--or so we're told.) And yet Barack Obama was handed the White House on a silver platter b y a fawning media, a bevy of foreign donors (who, to this day and in violation of U.S. election laws, remain nameless and unaccounted for), and a populace who voted based on color instead of right and wrong--even in the face of the most damning evidence against a Presidential candidate in many years , perhaps ever.
It is said that the people receive the government they deserve. Sadly, I fear that's correct. We have become complacent, unwilling to see the writing on the wall, content to frolic like the frog in the warm water without bothering to notice that it's been getting hotter by the minute. We are two seconds from a rolling boil--and perhaps it is already too late.
So, liberals, enjoy your victory. Jump around. Have a party, file for your free grants. Scream "Gimme my handout!" and make fun of those of us who fought to make sure your "messiah" didn't get access to the most powerful position in the world. Just remember when it all comes crashing down: You own the White House, the Congress, and soon the Supreme Court. You have no one to blame but yourselves for the mess you just created.
As for me, I'm buying my handguns this week so I have an answer for those who will come try to take them.

- In France, Obama told his audience that America "has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive" toward Europe.
- In Prague, Obama - in true utopian-kindergarten fashion - pledged "with conviction" that America will "seek the peace and security of a world without nuclear weapons." In other words, destroy big bad America's ability to defend itself!
- In London, Obama made clear that the world's financial wealth was no longer made by those inferior leaders Roosevelt and Churchill, effectively ceding America's leading role in creating and sharing wealth to nations that have never measured up to our country's bountiful generosity or spirit of free-market entrepreneurship.
- In Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Obama sat passively while the Marxist Chavez handed him an American-bashing book and delivered another revile-America speech, while never once rising to defend our country.
- In Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Obama again sat passively while the Marxist Ortega blamed the United States for a century of what he called terroristic U.S. aggression in Central America, again emitting not a whisper of defense on our country's behalf.
- In Turkey, Obama said " incredibly and inaccurately " that America was not a Christian nation.
- And in his recent trip to Mexico, Obama said that the escalating border violence was essentially America's fault.
Scan your memory. Can you think of any other leader in world history who so consistently badmouths his own country, or fails to defend it? I can't.
